  • What to Expect: Getting Started with Irving’s ABA Therapy

    Step 1: Intake & Insurance Verification
    Families contact our office to begin the intake process. We gather basic information and verify insurance or Medicaid benefits.

    Step 2: Clinical Assessment
    A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts an initial assessment to identify strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.

    Step 3: Individualized Treatment Plan
    A personalized care plan is developed based on assessment results and family goals.

    Step 4: Therapy Begins
    Trained therapists provide in-home services under BCBA supervision, focusing on daily living, communication, and behavior goals.

    Step 5: Ongoing Progress & Family Collaboration
    We regularly review progress and adjust treatment plans while keeping families actively involved.
